STREAM CONDITIONS AND BLOG
Most of the rain went north and Fillmore County streams are in good shape for now. Nice weather for this weekend should be great fishing. as the water from the storms comes into the watershed and clouds some downstream sections, go to the small tributaries and upstream to find clear water where fish can see your fly better. In cloudy water use dark flies like a Bead Head Pheasant Tail Nymph or Cone head Wooly Bugger to get deep and get their attention.
Driftless Fly Shop Guide Scott Blake gets a good one after dark-smile for the camera!!!
