STREAM CONDITIONS AND BLOG
Today on the streams of the Minnesota Driftless, the temperature was down right warm and the fishing action was even hotter. A few were picked up on a size #18 Parachute Adams but as the water became discolored and stained due to field runoff, leech and Woolly Bugger patterns were creating aggressive takes. My Cat's Meow Leech pattern proved highly effective once again. Be sure to stop in at the shop this weekend for some amazing sales in honor of President's Day! Also, don't forget about the Great Waters Fly Fishing Expo in St. Paul next month. Stop by the Driftless Fly Fishing Company's booth to talk flies and tell lies, and be sure to attend the presentation by owner, Orvis endorsed guide Melvin Hayner!
